EXCLUSIONS: The following items are specifically excluded from the scope of work for the sitework project:

1. The Food Lion building and the concrete around the Food Lion building.
2. The freestanding Food Lion Pylon Sign referenced on the Civil Plans.
3. The off-site traffic signal poles shown on the Civil Plans (Sheets 21 through 24).
